About the Program
Through the ERAU Dual Enrollment program, students will;

Eligibility
To be eligible for the *program, STUDENTS MUST:

Be a Middle or High School student enrolled at Our Lady of Fatima Academy (OLFA) in good standing

Have a 2.75 unweighted CGPA
*Embry-Riddle also offers Honors and STEM courses NOT offer college credit, but does count as weighted high school credit.

SMART@ER Course Series
Our SMART@ER course series is a spin on STEM that focuses on the fields of Space, Manufacturing, Aviation, Robotics, Technology @ Embry‑Riddle.
Building and Programming Machines
Dive into the dynamic world of robotics and technology by exploring the history, evolution, and real-world applications of robotics, while being introduced to basic programming and engineering design principles. Students will design, build, and program their own machines. *Recommended for 7th grade students and higher.
Exploring Flight and Beyond
Explore the exciting world of aerospace engineering and space exploration through interactive flight systems activities.
*Recommended for 8th grades students and higher.
Aerospace: The Journey of Flight
An introductory course for high school students exploring various aspects of aerospace, aviation, and engineering through emphasizing STEM fundamentals, aviation history, and career pathways.
*Recommended for 9th grade students and higher.
Introduction to Space
Explore the fundamentals of space flight technology, from the origins of the universe to modern and future U.S. space missions, including spacecraft systems, commercial space, and astronaut training. *Recommended for 9th grade students and higher.

College-credited classes from Embry Riddle University taught onsite at OLFA by its own faculty.
AS120 Principles of Aeronautics
Broad-based aviation orientation for non-Aeronautical Science degree programs;
historical developments in aviation; theory of flight; airport operations; aircraft systems
and performance; air navigation; basic meteorology; air traffic principles; flight physiology;
aviation regulations, safety.
UNSYS 220 Uncrewed Aircraft Systems
Survey of uncrewed aircraft systems (UAS); military and commercial history; growth; UAS
applications; basic acquisition, use, operation of UAS with emphasis on operations.
